The purchase is only the beginning

## You don’t need more software. You need software that earns its place.

When the contract is filed away, the gap between buying and using can go unseen. AdoptIQ keeps a **Living RFP**: the commitments made during the sale become measurable thresholds, tracked against real usage through renewal.

A closer look

## One decision. The whole journey.

Watch the workflow from an unstructured RFP to an auditable recommendation and adoption tracking.

From RFP to renewal. A silent product illustration; scores and adoption figures are sample data.

Read the video description

The SaaS deal does not end at signature. An uploaded RFP becomes a structured question set. An example evaluation shows a score of 87 out of 100, high confidence, and three cited sources. The adoption view illustrates tracking usage against the original business case. Reviewers keep the final call.

From question to confidence

## One shared thread. Every step forward.

Less chasing context. More making progress. Keep the entire buying journey connected.

01 / Align

### Start on the same page.

Turn a legacy RFP, scanned exhibit, or Excel matrix into a shared brief. Extract requirements, weights, deadlines, and contractual red flags before issuing anything.

- Edit the AI-generated question set and resolve coverage gaps before publishing.

- Align buyers and vendors on scope before the RFP goes out.

02 / Evaluate

### Understand the why behind the shortlist.

Match responses to your stated weights, compare cited evidence, and surface deal-breakers. Consolidate duplicate vendor questions into a structured clarification round.

- Enforce fairness rules and mandatory criteria on every award.

- Review, adjust, or override recommendations before deciding.

03 / Adopt

### Keep the promise after the purchase.

Carry the Living RFP into rollout: the commitments in the proposal become measurable thresholds. Track real usage and weighted adoption by workstream.

- Receive health alerts before the renewal conversation.

- Improve, renew, renegotiate, decommission, or switch with evidence.

A few things worth knowing

## Good questions. Straight answers.

[Ask us something else](mailto:support@adoptiq.io)

What does early access include?

The full platform: RFP intake and summaries, drafted answers with confidence levels, vendor Q&A, fairness scoring, e-signature, and adoption tracking. Access is by invite while we onboard the early-access cohort, with a direct line to the people building the product.

How does AI handle an inbound RFP?

It produces a structured summary of scope, deadlines, weighting, and contractual red flags. Questions and requirements become an editable list; drafted answers cite your library sources and include confidence levels for review.

Does AI make the buying decision?

No. Scores cite proposal evidence so reviewers can audit, adjust, or override the recommendation. Ask us about benchmarks for your RFP category; we do not publish a universal accuracy claim.

Can I invite vendors directly?

Yes. Vendors receive a secure magic link or email invitation to a branded response portal. No account creation is required for the first round.

What happens after signature?

The original business case stays connected to rollout and adoption. Weighted usage scores, health alerts, and process analytics help the team decide whether to improve, renew, renegotiate, switch, or decommission.

Which integrations are available?

Gmail, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, and built-in e-signature. Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, GEP, and Workday remain on the roadmap.

How can our security team assess AdoptIQ?

Request the security packet for the architecture, data-handling summary, current certification status, and DPA. Review role-based access, audit logging, and encryption with our team. We do not represent planned certifications as completed.
