    Cookie Notice

    What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies — local storage, pixels — and refer to all of them as "cookies" in this notice.

    How we use cookies

    We use cookies for:

    1. Strictly necessary — keep you signed in, remember your preferences, protect against fraud. These cannot be disabled because the site won't work without them.
    2. Analytics — understand how the site is used, improve it. Loaded only with your consent.

We use no marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across third-party sites for advertising purposes.

We do not use Google Analytics.

Fonts are served from our own domain. No third-party font service (Google Fonts, Fontshare) is contacted, so none can set a cookie or see your IP address.

Server-side events (no cookie set). In addition to the browser cookies listed above, AdoptIQ's backend also emits a small set of internal product-usage events (tracking onboarding progress for our own customers) directly from our servers. These events set no cookie, run in no browser context, and carry no personal data — only an organisation identifier and an internal record identifier. Because no cookie is set, the consent categories on this page do not apply to them. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

This inventory must be re-verified with a cookie scan of adoptiq.io after any change to third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds, and the table above updated from the scan result.

    Your choices

When you first visit the site, you see a consent banner with three options:

    • Accept all: all cookies including analytics and marketing.
    • Reject all (or "Only necessary"): only strictly necessary cookies. The site continues to function.
    • Customize: choose categories.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

    Do Not Track

We honor browser Do Not Track signals where reasonably possible, by treating "DNT: 1" as a rejection of analytics and marketing cookies. [CONFIRM IMPLEMENTATION]
